Samuel Evans (died 1915)
Stained glass designer who established his studio in West Smethwick. Samuel Evans worked for Chance Brothers & Co. until about 1865, when the firm closed. After his death his studio continued as Evans & Co., under his son Joseph Evans, producing decorative glass until 1971.View this record on the Stained Glass in Wales Catalogue
